Coconut Steamed Veggies

Coconut Steamed Veggies

This is another one of my favorites. 
 Super simple to make and 21 Day Fix Approved. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 Cup broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • sprinkle of sea salt
Bring the water to a boil Add in the veggies and steam for about 4-5 minutes toss in coconut oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve. The first time I had this delicious recipe was when I did the 3 Day Refresh. Since then I have made it so many times. I loved the 3 Day Refresh and the coconut steamed veggies with it!
