Clean Eating Meal Planning

It is so important to meal plan!  This was an area that I really struggled with during my first weight loss challenge.  I thought I can do this! I just will not eat cake at the birthday party on Saturday.... well yeah that didn't work well at all for me.  If you have not meal planned before please take some time to do it!  At least give it a try.  After a week or two of planning it all out you will be able to lay a meal plan out in your sleep!

Please note all the meal plans on this page are based on the 21 Day Fix eating plan.  It is based on 30 minute workouts along with a certain daily calorie intake.

  1. This makes a great breakfast for kids. I usually replace it with nutella as my kids don't prefer peanut butter.
