NEW YEAR - NEW YOU CHALLENGE




The Holidays are in full swing and we are in a very busy time of the year.
That is NO EXCUSE!  It is NOT to early to start thinking of the New Year and a NEW YOU! 

Most of us work full time and life in a face paced, on-the-go lifestyle.  That alone can make being healthy and exercising so hard.  I am here to share my tips and tricks with you on how to own your life and not let your life own you!  We all make excuses and our health is NOT a place to make excuses.  I know first hand... I was the QUEEN OF EXCUSES before!  

Time is not an excuses anymore either!  Don’t have an hour a day to exercise? No more excuses. In the past 3 months, two amazing new programs have been released to help you fit a great workout into your busy schedule. Shaun T’s Insanity MAX 30  gets you maximum results in 30 minutes a day with high cardio workouts.  Chalean's PiYo gets you flexible and toned in 20-45 minutes a day with low impact pilates and yoga moves.   I also have many other programs that are 30 minutes and under so please ask questions!  I have personally done PiYo and loved every workout!  I never thought I could get great cardio from pilates and yoga!  I am about to start Shaun T's Insanity Max 30.  I couldn't be more excited.  Are you READY TO MAX OUT?
