Lose up to 48lbs by the New Year!

Where has 2015 gone? Did you know there are ONLY 16 weeks until 2016. 

In a nutshell that could mean...

1 lb per week = 16 pounds
2 lbs per week = 32 pounds
3 lbs per week = 48 pounds

Think about it....

Imagine starting the new year 10, 20, 30 pounds leaner. 
Imagine feeling comfortable in that dress for NYE
Imagine not wanting to be in yoga pants all day on Thanksgiving

Let's start NOW. Don't wait for New Years Resolutions!

My challenge group begins on Monday, September 21st. Let's work together 
to look our BEST for our Fall family pictures, all those Holiday parties and 
most importantly the New Year's cheer!
