Core De Force - Mixed Martial Arts at Home Fitness Program

This brand new MMA style home fitness program created by Trainers Joel and Jericho is coming to YOUR HOME in November 2016!! It’s 30 days of zero-equipment, core-defining workouts inspired by the most high-octane sport in the world—Mixed Martial Arts!!!  You might already be familiar with Joel and Jericho!  They are the creators of Less Mills Pump and Less Mills Combat.  They are amazing trainers and I couldn't be MORE excited for this program to be released!  This truly is a program designed for anyone  - beginner or advanced!

What is Core De Force?
• 30 days of mixed martial arts-inspired workouts that slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total-body definition—no equipment needed. 
• 8 workouts on 3 DVDs that alternate Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations, cardio spikes, and bodyweight training to help you get a knockout body.
• 2 bonus workouts: 5 Min. Core on the Floor and Core Kinetics. 
• A fitness program created by Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews who have extensive fitness experience teaching a variety of workouts, from Kickboxing to cardio, worldwide. 
• Includes a modifier who demonstrates the moves at a lower intensity, so anyone at any fitness level can get knockout results.

How long are the workouts?
Core De Force is a 30 day program based on 30-45 minute workouts.  I recommend doing 2 rounds of this program to build a strong solid foundation!
How are the workouts broken down?
Each workout is broken into 3-minute “rounds” that alternate Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations, cardio spikes, and bodyweight training to slash inches off your waist, blast away the fat, and carve total-body definition.
What equipment is required?
Nada!  Nothing!  That is the beautiful thing with this program.  Just show up, push play, be all in and your done!  
Is there a eating plan included?
YES! The CORE DE FORCE Eating Plan shows you how to eat for knockout results with Signature Recipes, food lists to take to the grocery store, sample menus, and a revolutionary approach to eating more that fires up your fat-burning metabolism!

2. The program will be released on October 31st. Participants will receive a link to a discounted test group challenge pack which includes all the necessary workouts, meal plans, and challenge tracker account information needed for the test group. The only cost is that of the challenge pack.
